The raisin powder is something I've never heard of for BBQ sauce. Is that uniquely your recipe?

Yes, it's unique. When I made it I was out of sugar. The raisin powder wasn't enough - but it, along with the pineapple powder added enough sweetness. :)

I had pasta and chicken for dinner with a homemade bbq sauce again.

BBQ sauce was a mixture of raisin powder, salt, tomato powder, hot chili, raw sugar and pineapple powder.

Oh! I tell a lie. I forgot to mention honey was part of that recipe as well.

We went out to eat for dinner and I had a meat lovers pizza. Not great, but a good pizza. I could only eat about half of it.

I'm eating some homemade fries that aren't really fried - cut potato pieces steamed then tossed with a bit of oil.

+ sriracha sauce and ketchup with a little salt. It's yum.

I think I'll have cereal for breakfast in a while. I'm not very hungry yet.

I just swallowed two large tacos - lots of mince meat, lettuce, green pepper, zucchini, onion, chili sauce, ketchup, salt oil...

I know in about an hour my body will be like "what have you done to me??? You! Fatigued you shall be!!!"

Cooked up over 4 kilograms of mince to dehydrate you see - and not even 2 kilos fit on my setup. (No, I didn't swallow that much meat...2kilos still cooking now)

Blueberry pancakes. I tried whipping the egg whites first to make them all fluffy but they still weren't very thick. I think my baking powder is too old.

Toasted sandwiches. I recently re-discovered by sandwich press. Light ham (yeah yeah I know I'm bad), then after toasting added lettuce, powdered tomato, powdered dill pickles, some salt and fresh onion. Was delish.

I spent the afternoon playing a video game and sipping on homemade soup. The main ingredients were ginger, onion, garlic, soy sauce and a little "beef stock".

Dinner tonight was just rice plus a sauce of the same "beef stock" mixed with sriracha sauce and oil/water - with a few lentil sprouts and broccoli florets and sunflower seeds.

It was too good. Ingredients on store bought "stock" were as expected - first ingredient salt, second maltodextrin, followed by sugar, yeast extract....and 2 flavor enhancers. Aha, that's why. Sigh.
