Pasta, pre-soaked then cooked soybeans and country style gravy, made from salt, black pepper, whole wheat flour, a dash of onion powder and water.

I had this again, but instead of pasta, homemade bread.

I also changed the gravy recipe to a new one that called for equal parts salt/ black pepper. That was a mistake - my mouth and throat are burning!

I made eggs and toast for breakfast. We have leftover chicken enchiladas I made the other day for our lunch. Taco salad for dinner since it's simple!

Frosted mini wheats!! I finally found them at the store. I'm not sure why they're separated from the shredded wheat cereal. Strange set up.

I've hardly had anything today. Not all that hungry, but then I did pig out on a bunch of lamb and beef the other night.

Toast, this morning. With a little olive oil and a homemade powder (Leek, onion,Tomato, Salt)

Afternoon- simple salad. Iceburg lettuce, homemade croutons and some homemade Italian.

Now - Beer. Some pasta as well as some mince is re-hydrating for a little later.

Nice to see you join the thread, Romanos.

I just finished some rice with a homemade bbq sauce, added iceburg lettuce and sunflower seeds + salt. Was my brunch.

My brunch was basmati rice, green beans, broccoli, chilli, beef stock, and white pepper. I added a little butter to make it more oily :p

French toast for breakfast.

Yesterday we went out for breakfast which we do not do unless we travel so it was a nice treat. It was a local diner and the food was really good..and inexpensive!

I had pasta and chicken for dinner with a homemade bbq sauce again.

BBQ sauce was a mixture of raisin powder, salt, tomato powder, hot chili, raw sugar and pineapple powder.

Creamy-Mushroom-Soup-with-Potatoes-and-Herbs-640x457.jpg

Potato and mushroom soup.

Tonight's dinner plan is to cook some potato and mushroom soup. It will have onion, garlic, carrot, lots of mushrooms, two large potatoes diced, and beef stock with some white pepper and salt as seasoning. I will use a stick blender to blend it a bit and then add some sour cream. If extra salt and pepper is needed I can add some when it is cooked.

The raisin powder is something I've never heard of for BBQ sauce. Is that uniquely your recipe?
