Okay. My experience is that cooked legumes with onions and some tomato (paste/sauce/diced or whatever) can cause wind if eaten for several meals one after the other.

The only onion I had was Leek in the first meal. I don't think it would be different if it was onion.

If you had your legumes with meat, or if you didn't pre-soak them overnight first then I can see how this would cause wind.

That being said - I just tooted. If I blast off more than 5 within the next couple of hours, I'll be sure to let you know. Maybe I'll provide a sound canvas, lol.

I have some defrosted chicken breast meat and some carrots, onions, potatoes, peas, corn, green beans, garlic, and some vegetable stock powder. I think that might make a good dinner. I had a little couscous with peas and corn and sriracha sauce with a bit of tomato sauce and some mustard. It was quite yummy. But that was lunch and now is it 19:30 and I feel a bit hungry. I will have a look and see what else is available. Maybe some fish & chips would be good? But I ought to use the chicken breasts first. Hmmm ... so many decisions :)

Blueberry pancakes for breakfast. The blueberries squirted onto the table when I cut into them. It's a fun food!

Tonight I am cooking some carrots, onions, potatoes in vegetable stock and with chilli sauce and some tomato sauce and a little mustard. It will be a nice red vegetable soup. I am hungry. It is the first meal of the day.

I tried one of those Jimmy Deans frittatas and it wasn't very good. I bought them because my normal oatmeal and cream of wheat was giving me heartburn. I don't think these will be bought again.

Tonight I had chicken thighs (2) with potatoes, onion, spices, vegetable stock - cooked slowly for an hour and with some tomato. it was a very nice chunky soup. I liked it so much I ate it all.
