I'm having my second kale+powdered sesame seed drink with a few extra spices and some salt.

Need to re-mineralize. I know some of my habits make me unbalanced, and I very rarely eat/drink sweet/sticky things. So I can see no other reason for a few tooth problems that have gradually surfaced over the past few years. Ugh.

My oven just dinged. Baked potato is done.

I cooked a chicken thigh (just a little thing, more like a de-boned drumstick) and some split yellow peas in vegetable stock with a finely chopped onion. I added some tomato paste - I really like tomato paste - and let it cook for about an hour which was long enough for the split peas to fall apart. It was very tasty after I added a little chilli sauce :)

I like baked potatoes. I may have one when I get home from mass - mass starts in two hours.

Mung beans and brown rice, soaked overnight then steamed, with celery. For breakfast and (without celery) for lunch. Same food, but I used different spices for each meal.

My husband is home today so we went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch! We can't afford it without gift cards!!!!!!!! My sister gave him one for his birthday (December) and it came with 2 free cards for free cheesecake.

I had Pasta da Vinci that had penne pasta with mushrooms and onions (I ate less than half so I could eat dessert) and it was good and then I had the Vanilla Bean cheesecake which was just okay. I make a better cheesecake at home.
