For starters I just swallowed:
A mixture of pepitas, sprouted lentils, rolled oats - blended down with a bit of water then cooked in a bath of caramelized onion and mushroom - adding in diced tomatoes, salt and oil near the end.
That was enough.
Then I had some boiled then baked corned beef that was reheated from it's frozen state with a sriracha/ketchup mixture as a dipping sauce.
Now I am stuffed. A little too much food.
