The breakfast sandwich is similar to a McDonald's egg mcmuffin but lower in calories/fat. I think it was a Weight Watchers frozen item. I wanted something to hold me for 6 hours and that did the trick until after church.
I am thinking that I may benefit from eating a meal consisting of rice, a little pasta, mixed diced vegetables, a little cheese, garlic, some whole cherry tomatoes, and vegetable stock. It ought to be warming and comfortably filling for my night time meal.
I had dip for the first time in ages! Heaven!! No wonder I don't make it too often...I gorged I am not much of a potato chip eater but if there's dip...wow. This dip was just sour cream and a packet of dry Italian seasoning. The sour cream is only a 6 serving container so it will be gone tomorrow!
sour cream with vegetable stock powder dissolved into it (only a small half teaspoon full) makes a very good dip. The salt in the stock counteracts the sourness in the cream and leaves a lovely savouriness in its wake
