Finished 3rd cup of peach flavored coffee. I'm really glad I decided to pick and dehydrate many of the peaches I got this year from my tree. So they get powdered and added to my morning coffee. Lose a few nutrients boiling them, but still. Yummy, and use only half the sugar when they are added.
I think I've had that before. There used to be a European bakery here downtown that served something similar. mmmmmmmmm.......
Now I've got a craving,but I don't think the bakery is there any longer
Noodles (instant - 3 minute ones, but they are not fried and don't contain any unhealthy fat) with lettuce (iceberg), mung bean sprouts, a onion/garlic/salt combo (in powders), pizza sauce, soy sauce and olive oil.
Better than anything I could get at the local pasta take away place.
