I had some spicy Thai food for lunch. Then I went to a friend's house and helped him install a SSD as his boot drive for a laptop. Now I am at home relaxing and sending silly posts to CH :p

Fluff eats a carrot and the leave and for the rest of the family I'm baking brownies cause it's Easter. This morning we had bake off breads. We have no Easter bread, cause I gave it to the kids for the Easter meal at school.
Baking Brownies is a huge amount of work. Butter, water, instant stuff, mix, throw in the cartoon box and wait 40 mins.

Ordered pizza's. Cleaned up the kitchen. Then I started to cook a very healthy meal. My son said amazed: What are you doing?? Cooking??
The stuff you have to mix with water was up and you cant just buy it in a shop so I cooked the bix from Fluff with water and mixed it. I have found one who likes my cooking!!! Yay!!! He ate a lot, loved it.
Now the kitchen is filthy again cause I have no pot to mix it in and it went all over the place, but oh well. It smelled so filthy, even worse than the food I otherwise make, but he thought it was delicious.

Had pizza and rootbeer for lunch. The joys of childhood ;) We had a great time at the mall play area too. Children running at top speed with only a few bits of play things to slow the pace .. lots of fun

Breakfast - nothing much. Coffee with powdered fruit (peaches from my peach tree I dehydrated) put into it.
Lunch was salad sandwiches - whole wheat, romaine lettuce, spring onion, carrot and an Italian-ish sauce I whipped up. After lunch was some chicken nuggets cooked in my oven.
Dinner tonight is pasta first with veggies then chicken.

I don't know what it is about turmeric tea that it always ends up boiling over. Maybe because I have the stove on simmer that takes a long time so that I forget about that it's on the stove. It still tastes good but I think I may pull a ~Jo~ and move my computer to a more convenient place ;)

Terrible waste of coconut milk :p
lol that's the only way I use coconut milk other than Thai soups or rice. It's quite tasty but of course needs sweetener.
