I had a bacon & egg pie and some potatoes with some tomato sauce for dinner.

I discovered that I have 2 Kg of bacon in the freezer. I shall defrost some for use in various foods for the rest of the week

I just finished a homemade drink concoction that consisted of: Tomato powder, sprouted mung bean powder, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Coconut flower sugar and a little olive oil, mixed with water.

Now I'm going to have some toast with a little garlic and onion powder and olive oil, and a little mince meat.

I wanted something Chinese-ish this evening but am not fond of paying restaurant prices for fried food with added MSG...no no

So...

Started some spinach pasta in a pot of boiling water

Took out some organic honey, added 3 desert spoon fulls to a separate pan half filled with water under heat. Wait till it dissolved then added..

Almonds. Cover and simmer on low heat

Cut up broccoli, add to bowl

Add cherry tomatoes to bowl

Add cooked pasta to bowl

Add honey roasted almonds to bowl

Add soy sauce to bowl

Add just a few more pinches of sea salt to bowl

Add olive oil to bowl

And

Eat. It's yummy!

I cooked some pasta and had it with five brothers "five cheeses" tomato based pasta sauce. It was quick to make and quite tasty.

I am not sure what to cook tonight, maybe I'll roast some vegetables and make a spicy mix to put on them, God willing.

Strav, the best stir fries are the simplest ones! Yum.

I'm having a late breakfast. I got up very early but went back to bed and it was great to sleep some more. Oatmeal and coffee now.

Thanks, but it's not really a stir fry. No oil was heated (and thus harmed) in this dish. The only thing that was heated was water and honey and the almonds in them :). I did the same thing to some already cooked chicken (instead of almonds) with a similar dish (using rice this time). It too - was yummy. :)

Terrible frozen chicken wings from Wal-Mart. I managed to stomach five of them. The rest are going in the garbage.

Sooooo... Dinner was pretty much 'Rice' :D
