Tonight's dinner was onion, potato, sweet potato, and carrots. Nicely roasted and served with a dollop of sour cream.

How do you roast that? On a bbq?
I could make that I think and I have carrots enough with those bunnies.

I has some chicken and chips, home cooked, the chicken was a schnitzel the chips were frozen, I baked them both in my oven. Tasted rather nice. Made me feel better too. Maybe chicken really does cure colds :)

This morning I had re-heated potato wedges I had made earlier in the week with a bit of soy sauce.

A little later I had a Kale drink (1 Tbs Kale powder + water, mixed), then a Tomato drink consisting of 2 Tbs tomato powder, 1/4 Tbs sprouted mung bean powder, 2 pinches of salt, 1 pinch of coconut blossom sugar, a dash of pepper and water to mix. Tasted better than the store bought tomato juice which contains added refined sugar. I think I've probably hit or come close to the RDI for vitamin C just with these two concoctions as well.

bread with sort of camembert and I bought a ready to eat Greek meal salad with macaroni, cold, but oh well and feta in it. Handy typing when you eat. Black jump bunny jumped over the cage again and in my salad. Guess he wants some too.

Had way too many home brews last night. Ugh. Was feeling real seedy this morning.

Just finished off 2 glasses of nutrient drink. I am feeling better now. Not 100%, but better.

Nutrient drink consisted of: 1½ Tbs tomato powder. 1/4 Tbs spouted mung bean powder. Pinch of Turmeric. Dash of pepper. 2 pinches sea salt. Pinch of Coconut Blossom Sugar. A few mils of olive oil. Mixed with water and stirred.

bread with cheese and my ex made me one with an egg. We're there because it's ice cold and we don't want to bike back and forth.
