The last thing I had was some mashed potatoes that I steamed. Added a bit of sea salt, pepper, onion powder, milk and olive oil. Mixed some broccoli in.

I'm growing some spuds at the moment. One of things I want to get to is growing more food again.

Rice, eggs and sauce.

Sauce was 2 parts tomato powder, 1 part onion powder, ½ part garlic powder, 1/4 Kale powder, 1/6 Cayenne Pepper powder, 1/6 turmeric powder, 1/2 sea salt, and a couple pinches of raw sugar - + generous amount of olive oil and mixed.

Considering getting rid of my fridge again and just getting a small freezer. I hardly use it now.

Fridges are good for fresh vegetables.

Yeah - and that's about all I keep in there now, that and some sauce. But I'm learning to make my own sauces with powders, so soon when I have enough recipes and ingredients I won't be buying any sauces.

Meat I freeze. That leaves fresh vegetables. Many of which I don't eat all before they go off (even kept in the fridge), so I've been dehydrating and powdering them for longer storage. So - that leaves the odd staple of cabbage/lettuce...maybe a few tomatoes and so forth. I can't justify a fridge just for those.
