Howdy sup there? How are you doing so far with your day? Today, just playing some games on my Switch before turning in tonight.

I picked a few more veggies from my garden! Now to get them on the grill tonight

Yo sup there! How are ye all doing today? Today, just enjoying my usual TV show before rocking myself to sleep tonight.

 

[tango]

Met a couple of friends for lunch, and picked up some new beers on the way home. I like trying new beers from local breweries more and more, with a select few exceptions I've all but stopped buying from the huge companies.

 

[Lamb]

Waiting for the exterminators to finally show up this morning. I'm so tired of them procrastinating on this job.

Just collected my shiny new sports watch from the post office. My old one developed a fault under warranty so I went for a discount on an upgrade rather than a like-for-like replacement. The new one does a load of stuff the old one doesn't do but the interface is very different (buttons instead of touchscreen) so it takes a bit of getting used to. I've been setting it up how I want it this morning, later on I'll take it out for either a run or a hike, not sure which. Probably a run, because a hike requires driving to the woods and stuff. I might hike tomorrow, depending on how I'm feeling and how the weather looks.

We went to the County Fair today and got to see all the animals and a tractor pull.

Mostly lazy morning, had friends round last night and didn't sleep very well because I was too busy digesting a heavy dinner. My wife and I went for our walk, then we went to look at a bike rack our friends offered us (it looked good but wouldn't fit on our car), and then went to our favorite brewpub for a swift couple. Now set for a lazy evening.

Howdy sup there guys man! How are you today? Today, I've just had my usual weekly 3 hours therapy session both online and by phone. Tonight, just resting in bed before hitting the sack.

Watching a Jaws marathon.

 

[tango]

I went for a walk while my wife was at her fitness class. I hadn't planned to run but a bit before the 2-mile mark I found myself wanting to go faster so alternated walking and jogging for the rest of it. Normally I jog the flats and downhills and walk the uphills but today I figured I'd push myself up the hills, so did that instead. I really want to get to a point where I can maintain a comfortable speed for longer - at present I find a slow speed difficult to maintain because it feels unnatural and a faster speed difficult to maintain because it pushes my pulse up too high. Today I felt that a speed slower than my normal jogging speed felt OK, so perhaps I'll try holding that speed for longer next time I go out.

I have to run out to pick up some wasp spray before I can spray my bushes with the other chemical to get rid of bugs that will kill my landscape. I hate spraying it on them but it's the only way to save the plants.
