You said bad things about love being a feeling. We are told the Lord has affection for us. We are told to be affectionate for each other in the Lord. Affection is a feeling.
God hates sin. He holds no affection for rebels. He loves God the Son. He loves all who are made alive with Christ (God the Son).
Love is not a feeling. Love is a thing. It acts. The response to love can be a feeling, but love, itself, is not a feeling.

You are speaking error. Love is a feeling. Give proof from the Bible that says love is not a feeling. I gave proof that it is a feeling. Give proof from a dictionary. You are not speaking truth.

Proof from the Bible that love is a feeling:

Romans 2:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

The dictionary says love is a feeling:

love

Read how Paul says if I give all my possessions to feed the poor, and if I surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.

If love were not a feeling and only an action, then Paul would not say what he says.

Is God a feeling or a thing? Let us examine scripture.
1 John 4:7-12
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God,
because God is love.
In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.

God is a feeling, it is how a saved person feels His Spirit in them. God is love and His words are love. We must love God by obeying His words.

So then love sacrifices self for unsaved sinners like Christ did for all? John 12:32

We are not love. God is love. God sacrificed himself for those whom He chooses to save. The blood was shed for those who would believe, not for those who would not believe.
Arsenios, you tend to neglect the whole passage...
John 12:28-40
Father, glorify your name.” Then a voice came from heaven: “I have glorified it, and I will glorify it again.” The crowd that stood there and heard it said that it had thundered. Others said, “An angel has spoken to him.” Jesus answered, “This voice has come for your sake, not mine. Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out. And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.” He said this to show by what kind of death he was going to die. So the crowd answered him, “We have heard from the Law that the Christ remains forever. How can you say that the Son of Man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of Man?” So Jesus said to them, “The light is among you for a little while longer. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness overtake you. The one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going. While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” When Jesus had said these things, he departed and hid himself from them.
Though he had done so many signs before them, they still did not believe in him,
so that the word spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled: “Lord, who has believed what he heard from us, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”
Therefore they could not believe.
For again Isaiah said, “He has blinded their eyes and hardened their heart, lest they see with their eyes, and understand with their heart, and turn, and I would heal them.”

Love is charity, all this talk about 'works' is really about charity, and this charity is a gift from God to us and in charity we are his workmanship.
Think of it this way, I used to be an atheist but people today would say "he was always a nice kid, he stood up for the bullied, he was sensitive and respectful to people, kind, every one liked him, he gave food to the poor, he was always eager to help others, he always listened and gave good advice"... Now that was a love on a very basic human level, our hearts are inherently wicked, God must give you a new heart with perfect love.
I can look back and say yes I was a good kid and I loved, but Gods love is perfect and in Christ my heart is renewed, I am a new man, and with this clean heart love is no longer a feeling but it's God in me and through him I have become charitable towards others.
Truth can be a feeling, "I feel this is true", but when I first came to Christ I knew Truth personally, he is the Truth, are there still truths in the world? You bet, but nothing compared to the Truth, so feeling and knowing are the differences, feeling love and knowing love are two different things.
Imo

Proof from the Bible that love is a feeling:
Romans 2:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

Just a small nit-pick ...

[Romans 2:10 NASB] 10 but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Romans 12:10 in context ...

[Romans 12:9-13 NASB] 9 [Let] love [be] without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 [Be] devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor; 11 not lagging behind in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; 12 rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, 13 contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality.

Love is more than a feeling:

[1 John 3:13-22 NASB] 13 Do not be surprised, brethren, if the world hates you. 14 We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love abides in death. 15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. 16 We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need and closes his heart against him, how does the love of God abide in him? 18 Little children, let us not love with word or with tongue, but in deed and truth. 19 We will know by this that we are of the truth, and will assure our heart before Him 20 in whatever our heart condemns us; for God is greater than our heart and knows all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; 22 and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

[James 2:15-16 NASB] 15 If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and be filled," and yet you do not give them what is necessary for [their] body, what use is that?

God says that those who repent of their sins are the ones who get a new heart.
So then, no matter how much good a person did before getting saved, if one did not repent of their sins then it is not good enough.
The Bible says the heart can be more wicked than anything, but not that all hearts are wicked. If all hearts are just wicked, then what is God searching hearts for?
Love is a feeling and the Bible says so when it speaks of love and affection.
How is anyone feeling the Holy Spirit when they are saved if they do not feel that love God is pouring in their heart?

God's love is not a feeling. Our love for others may be.
There are 4 words in Greek that translate love
Phileo, agape strarge eros
Not all love is created equal.
Each has a different meaning

In order to know the meaning of a sentence we must know the word used and its meaning.

This is why I can't really call myself a true Calvinist, I used this argument before "how can it be predestined if God is still searching the hearts of men? He is being Active in seeking"....
I imagine my response now to be "Romans 9"
But think about it, God seems to be clearly keeping his eye on his people outside of everything else, why would God watch over anything but his own people?

For me that was a major truth in not believing in Calvinism.

What scripture exactly in Romans 9?

What do you mean by 'outside of everything else'?

God is not preoccupied with those he knows not "I never knew ye", his eyes are fixed on his people and his kingdom, the searching of hearts is judgment, indeed he searches the hearts of men

God knew the people's hearts He said 'I never knew you' to. Jesus says they were evil doers. They didn't repent of their sins, even though they cast out demons in some people and prophesied in Jesus' name.

Right; he said they were evil doers.

Matthew 7:23 Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'

God says that those who repent of their sins are the ones who get a new heart.
No. No He doesn't.
So then, no matter how much good a person did before getting saved, if one did not repent of their sins then it is not good enough.
Repentance isn't enough. If it were, Jesus would not have needed to die.
The Bible says the heart can be more wicked than anything, but not that all hearts are wicked. If all hearts are just wicked, then what is God searching hearts for?
All hearts are desperately wicked. Nowhere does God say He searches the heart to determine whom He will save.
Jeremiah 17:5-10
Thus says the Lord: “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart turns away from the Lord. He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land. “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.” The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? “I the Lord search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”
Love is a feeling and the Bible says so when it speaks of love and affection.
No. No it doesn't. You make assertions the Bible never makes.
How is anyone feeling the Holy Spirit when they are saved if they do not feel that love God is pouring in their heart?
You could be feeling heart burn. Read Jonathan Edwards "Religious Affections." Edwards is North America's greatest theologian and lived through the Great Awakening. He does a masterful job of expressing the work of the Holy Spirit and how you can tell when the Holy Spirit is moving.

The Savior is to those who repent of their sins:

Isaiah 59:20 “The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins,” declares the Lord.

We get a new heart if we repent of our sins:

Ezekiel 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

This is what Paul said after Jesus was crucified and raised from the dead:

Acts 20:21 I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.

Acts 26:20 First to those in Damascus, then to those in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and to the Gentiles also, I preached that they should repent and turn to God and prove their repentance by their deeds.

Acts 17:30 Therefore, although God has overlooked such times of ignorance, he now commands all people everywhere to repent,

Acts 8:22 Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that he may perhaps forgive you for the intent of your heart.

2 Timothy 2:25 Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth,

Love is a feeling it is affection:

Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

Joy is also feelings, and the saved receive it from the Holy Spirit:

Romans 15:13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Paul proves that love is a feeling when he says this:

1 Corinthians 13:3 Though I should give away to the poor all that I possess, and even give up my body to be burned—if I am without love, it will do me no good whatever.
