The bacon may be defrosted by now so I am thinking that bacon and eggs with toast will do for a meal.

I had steamed potatoes mixed with walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds I prepared the other night, with a little lettuce.

Also mixed in was soaked flax seed from last night. After being soaked they become very viscous.

Although I prepared some spices that were used in the recipe, I overdid it on a few and the dish was too spicy and a little too hot for my taste. Happens sometimes. Soaked flax seed topping was a good idea though, and I will definitely do it again.

Brown rice and chickpeas (soaked overnight in water with a little lemon juice) then cooked. Additionally iceberg lettuce, caramelized onion, soy sauce, a little rice bran oil, spring onion and a generous serve of sriracha sauce.

Ruth's baked potato with sour cream sounded yummy, but as sour cream is not on the menu...

I am having 2 large baked potatos with roasted garlic, and sour cream made from a mixture of soaked flax seeds, cardamom, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Topped with spring onion.

Tasty, full of goodness, minus IGF 1, casein, and other naturally occurring products God designed for the baby cow to consume. Mmmmm!

I like sour cream with roasted potatoes.

Then you also like extra IGF 1 (causes tumors to grow), casein (binding ingredient in wood glue), and cow pus. Those are just the natural ingredients without any extra steroids, hormones or anti-biotics pumped into the cow (and I might note, even if it is grass fed).

Bon Appetite

I don't disagree. My version was just as good tasting, without the cow pus, casein and IGF 1.

You keep praying for victims of the western diet though. A little sour cream isn't going to kill anyone, but a life time of heavy consumption of dairy products, meat and eggs certainly contributes to peoples (as well as animals) suffering.

Milk products make people smell. I remember wondering as a kid when I was nervous giving a speech to a class and my pits were dripping with what was that God awful smell?

Only later did I realize it was the cow milk I was told from very early was necessary for my bones and teeth and that I consumed on a regular basis. Cow milk that was rotting on it's way out of my body and out of my pores and sweat glands.

Yuck.

Milk in general taken out the fridge and into the nice warm atmosphere of the human body will go rancid much quicker than you think.

One's tummy is warm and very acidic. One's intestines are warm and unlike open air.

Coffee, black with dark muscovado sugar.

I'm out of nut milk, and since I don't think the industry manufacturers put grains/nuts/seeds through the proper process before selling their products to make a buck, I think I will just do it myself from now on.
