Ate bread with camembert. Bread I took from the freezer. Yesterday night I ate it as dinner, but I took bread that had laid there 3 or 4 days. Tasted yummy, wait what's that blue spot? Cheese with funghi okay, but bread with it, neh.

Finally had some food at the train station. Bread with white fungus and honey and a banana and peanuts. Lovely.

For breakfast I had spinach pasta, gently heated fresh garlic slices, onion and spring onion, raw Kale, raw broccoli florets, pizza sauce, a little lean mince meat, lentil sprouts, olive oil, salt

Ginger tea: Fresh ginger root boiled in water, strained out. Added cinnamon, raw sugar, vanilla extract.

Ginger banana tea

Cut up a few small slices of ginger, and 1/4 of a banana peel. Boil in amount of water you intend to drink. Add sweetener to taste (I used raw sugar).

Banana peels are high in potassium. They can be dehydrated and used as a fertilizer, or added to dishes for extra nutrition.

A Chef's Best lamb & bacon pizza

I had salad a little while ago. Just some fresh Kale, tomato, a little mince meat, taco seasoning, pizza sauce, olive oil, Italian dressing and salt.

Now I'm having a few home brews.

I had some pizza for lunch. Now the pizza is all gone. It managed to serve for 4 meals.

I had a lovely piece of home made tiramisu pie from a collegue who came back from a holiday.

It's made of sugar cookies with whipped cream and has some liquor in it.
