I was in a rush so I had crap food prior to work - Big Mac meal minus the cheese.
At work had basmati rice, pizza sauce (tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, majoram, salt, vegetable oil), to which I added olive oil and sea salt and taco seasoning + raw kale and cabbage.

Now I'm drinking ginger tea with homemade raisin syrup as sweetener.
