I cooked some yellow split peas with bacon and onion making it into a very thick soup. Seasoned with pepper and vegetable stock powder it was delicious! So much so I think I shall repeat the process tomorrow
Basmati rice, sea salt, olive oil, savoy cabbage, kale, tomato, italian dressing and a spice I picked up recently "taco seasoning" (can't be bothered to list ingredients), and a smidgen of Italian dressing. Lunch - quite tasty. In a little while I'm going to have just a little roast beef with a little mustard.
It's morning time and I had Basmati rice, cooked zucchini/spring onion/mushroom in a homemade salted wine, plus a little olive oil and "hamburger spice". I salted the homemade wine too much, so it was too salty, but otherwise good.
Drinking some water I flavored with fresh lime juice and raw sugar.
I had some grilled chicken with mac and cheese for lunch. Brought it from home. It was really good. My wife is a good cook.
Yesterday we had lasagna. I was reminded that it was the first thing I ever ate that my wife cooked. She won me and my stomach over.
