Last night I had

• brown rice
• diced tomatoes
• herbs
• kidney beans
• onion
• some cheese

all cooked in one pot by microwave for 11 minutes on high and 30 minutes on medium

quite delicious

added spices after cooking - some salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli powder

Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce. Yum. I haven't had that in a while.

I had some roasted vegetables and the remains of my brown rice with beans and tomato and herbs dish from a day or two ago.

The vegetables I roasted were:

• sweet potato
• potato
• onion
• carrot
• apple (not a vegetable, but a nice thing to have peeled and cut into pieces then roasted)

It was very yummy

It's late but I had a nap and now I am thinking it is time to cook dinner. Tonight will be more or less vegetarian because I forgot to defrost any meat. The plan (God willing) is to cook in one pot

• Kidney beans,
• Brown rice,
• Onions,
• carrots,
• Mixed frozen vegetables consisting of
  • peas,
  • corn,
  • celery,
  • capsicum,
  • turnip
• Vegetable stock
• Lots of pepper

It ought to cook for about 45 minutes in total. 10 minutes on high and 35 on medium.

Pop. I'm drinking pop. I'm too hot to eat right now LOL I finished washing the car and it was hotter outside than I expected.

Ate that Italian food, 5 euro something, 5 minutes in the microwave. Perfect. You can buy it at the train station. Good cooks! With spinach in it and I dunno what. Tasted good.

Hush Puppies are fried cornbread balls. I don't care for them usually.

I made tacos....they were the best I've ever made. I want to eat all of them. ALL OF THEM. But I guess my husband needs to eat something when he gets home.
