You'd be amazed at how productive it is and all done in the cold darkness of my fridge

The rest of the peaches I picked are going to be dehydrated for later use. Lasts much longer than keeping them in the fridge.

I just finished some mashed potatoes with spring onion and a little salt and pepper.

Before that I planted some. 3 lots in pots and another 6 in my backyard. Better potatoes than weeds that just grow and I have to spray/pick out. Maybe I'll do some more later.
