Stravinsk. Short for the composer? Was he a Vegan? If so, that would make sense. In my travels it is rather rare to see vegetarians much less vegans on boards of any of the major Abrahamic faiths -Judaism, Islam or Christianity. I notice this forum is not very large/doesn't have a lot of regular posters. 2 different vegans posting here would be quite a coincidence, indeed. Is he still around?

He was banned for flaming members and not showing any remorse.

Last meal I had was soup - Cooked potatoes, tahini, tomato, dash of turmeric and black pepper, onion, garlic, salt and all blended together with walnuts. It was delicious and satisfying.

Recent eats over the course of 24 hours...

wholemeal toast with cabbage, tomato, onion and garlic and grilled tofu slices

which wasn't quite enough (bread I bought this time
was rather low on fiber, even wholemeal) so

A shake made of water, rolled oats (as flour), banana, cacao powder and pitted
dates.

- Not fried fries: Potato strips tossed around with a blended mix of water, chia
seeds, onion flakes, garlic powder salt and cayenne pepper, then gently pan cooked. It was
delicious. Omega 3 fries. :)

Snack: Couple pieces of wholemeal bread and some carrots and broccoli.

- Burrito wraps: Wholewheat wraps with Lentils, cabbage, tomato, olives, onion,
walnuts and brown rice with a sauce made from tahini, garlic, black pepper, rosemary,
apple cider vinegar, jalapenos and salt.

Made too much of this last one and ate it all. I'm stuffed.

We're having pork chops for dinner along with green beans. I am not sure what else we'll make. I was hoping a zucchini was big enough to pluck from the garden but it's still too small. It's the very last one I think for the season.

I was not hungry for breakfast due to the amount of food eaten the previous day. I had a cucumber blended with the boiled water from the brown rice and lentils the previous day. Later I had an apple before lunch.

Lunch I had a vegetable based sandwich from Subway.

Dinner was popcorn with nutritional yeast and some salt.

At the moment I'm having a shake:

Dates, apple, blueberries, walnuts, a dash of tahini and cinnamon, blended well.

Coffee for now...pumpkin spice! I used to be allergic to anything with pumpkin for 15 years. This year I discovered I can have pumpkin again with no hives. It's weird. But I'm liking it.

Sprouted barley as flour and mixed with hot water and jaggery in place of coffee

6 slices of wholemeal toast, a couple of medium sized potatoes, half a can of pinto beans and a little onion.

I'll be good for a while.

I'm having wholemeal toast with an avocado spread, tomato, broccoli, nutritional yeast and a little salt and mustard powder*.

* Since buying a bunch recently and flash cooking it (blanching for freezing), I used this method to activate the Sulforaphane of my defrosted broccoli:

It was delicious. :)

My daughter is making a homemade carrot cake for dessert tonight!! She used some carrots from our garden too. I can't wait. I love carrot cake but only have it maybe once every few years.

Do you have cream cheese frosting on yours or just plain? How about raisins or nuts in it? My daughter didn't put any raisins or nuts in this one.
