My last 3 meals:

Potatoes with pumpkin seeds, onion, garlic, rosemary and salt, cooked and blended. As soup.

Sandwich with an assortment of veggies: olives, carrot, lettuce, pickles, peppers, tomato, red onion, spinach and whatever else they put on it. I asked for all the salads.

A shake with blended banana pieces, dates, sunflower seeds, cabbage, peanut butter and cocoa powder.

About 4 hours earlier: Hash browns, whole wheat bread, cauliflower and tomato

I had eggs and toast for lunch!

Dinner is rice, corn, peas, carrots, chilli, fried tomatoes and eggs, with a little sweet soy sauce. it's very tasty.

I prefer my burritos without animal flesh that only partially digests, ends up rotting in the colon, promotes all kinds of disease and makes people have to shower at least 3-4 times a week and shove deodorant into their pits in an attempt to hide it all, just for the sake of tradition and habit for an animal they would not likely even murder themselves. :)

Try de-fatting some meat by boiling it (save the water), then cook it separately if you like, add no seasoning, and taste it. A bit of metallic tasting iron is all that's there (that's oxidized iron, btw, the kind your body cannot regulate). Try tasting the fat separately (once it has cooled and is hardened). It tastes like nothing. Besides tasting like nothing, it clogs the arteries. What's to love?

We may have crossed paths before, who knows. I've used lots of names on the internet.

Stravinsk. Short for the composer? Was he a Vegan? If so, that would make sense. In my travels it is rather rare to see vegetarians much less vegans on boards of any of the major Abrahamic faiths -Judaism, Islam or Christianity. I notice this forum is not very large/doesn't have a lot of regular posters. 2 different vegans posting here would be quite a coincidence, indeed. Is he still around?
