Banana chocolate shake

Water, frozen banana with peel, rolled oats, raisins, peanut butter, chocolate (unsweetened cocoa powder) - blended.

Could easily replace ice cream for taste and texture, though more water was added to make it drinkable. Twas delish.

Today's first meal was steamed potato wedges with homemade veggie savory patties.

Patty ingredients were: High protein sprouted barley flour, rolled oats, water, soaked flax seeds, a variety of different spices, nutritional yeast and a dab of liquid smoke. The consistency came out just like pancakes, and the overall taste was good, but could be improved with some spices not used (Thyme, Marjoram, Rosemary), and half the salt used.

Inspired by the results I got earlier I had blueberry pancakes for lunch:

High protein sprouted barley flour, rolled oats, water, blueberries, peanut butter, raisins, and dark muscovado sugar. Sweet enough not to need syrup.

Dinner was brown rice and lentils, with caramelized onion and garlic, honey, soy sauce, and various spices with broccoli, lettuce, salt and a little rice bran oil and sesame oil added after.

I am having some toast - "wholemeal" (about 70% this bread), non sourdough, with spread.

The spread is a mix of water, walnuts (soaked overnight), raisins and cinnamon, blended. Most tasty. Mmm

Four pieces of store bought wholegrain with Vegemite, and a fairly large salad consisting of romaine lettuce, tomato, red bell pepper, potato gems, tofu, salt, vinegar, olive and sesame seed oil dressing.

This morning's breakfast was three slices of some rather thick oat/potato starch/flax seed bread with Vegemite. Thick because it only rose ½ of the way when I made it.

Just polished off a salad that consisted of Romaine lettuce, tomato, potato, tofu, spring onion and a dressing made of fresh garlic, olive oil, sesame seed oil, small lemon slice with peel, white wine vinegar and salt, blended. Very satisfying.

Tempeh, Lettuce, Tomato on wholewheat.

Tempeh "Bacon" recipe here: https://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipes/tempeh-bacon

I neglected to cut the tempeh into strips so it was not marinaded through, but I cut them into strips after cooking. Tender instead of crisp and very tasty regardless. Also used a different oil in brushing on.

Homemade fries today. I coated them in just a little oil mixed with spices by tossing them around in a zip lock bag and then cooked covered on low heat.

Meanwhile, 2 fingers fell off due to lack of protein and I've become anemic due to lack of iron. LOL!

I'm having this again, with the tempeh sliced properly before marinading, but still tender (reduced cooking time) because I like it that way. Oh, and I included pickles. It was yummy.

Wholemeal toast with Vegemite, sliced tomato and Romaine lettuce.

Now I'm having a hot drink made from cocoa powder, a small amount of peanut butter, raw sugar and almond milk.

Tofu, cabbage and tomato sandwiches on wholewheat. The tofu I cooked in soy sauce and apple cider vinegar with dried onion spice thrown in along with some liquid smoke.

Even that is better than the "fakon" sold in grocery stores here in Aus. I'm relatively sure the product that's sold as vegan bacon is purposely sort of bland so as not to threaten swine sales, lol.

Do you use the green or red (purple) cabbage?
