A mixture of chickpea and black bean, soaked overnight then boiled, then mashed with cayenne pepper, chilli, black pepper and plenty of Cumin seed powder and mixed with caramelized onion and garlic with some soy sauce.

Into a soft shelled taco with lettuce and tomato and a touch of sesame seed oil.

I just had one of these:

Veg_Burger_Patty2.png

In between some bread with lettuce, mustard, pickles, tomato

It was...

:lick:

No meat, no dairy, no eggs in these babies. Pure goodness without a hint of cholesterol, bacterial fecal matter and/or the fecal matter it feeds on (as is often found in ground beef), no hormones, no animal derived saturated fat that clogs arteries and contributes to diabetes, no uric acid for the body to deal with, no constipation, no ant-acids needed, plenty of vitamins and minerals and essential fats - as well as protein - no after burger fatigue, no mandatory caffeine - no fat weight gain

Black bean, chickpea (soaked and cooked) and sunflower seeds(soaked), potato flour, wheat flour, oat flour - with a special blend of herbs and spices

Wholemeal toast with a bit of brain oil, salt, powdered caramelized onion, powdered tomato and some sesame seeds.

Also homemade hash browns.

Last night I purchased some dairy free ice cream. Taste wise - it was very tasty - however the ingredients say it's still a junk food product (tons of refined sugar and high fructose/glucose corn syrup from Maize). I knew this when I bought it and it did not make my stomach feel nice. I'm tossing it today.

I just finished the most delicious bean and nut pasta I've ever had. I'm stuffed, and I still have some left over.
Fettucini pasta + sauce
Sauce:
A mixture of honey, mustard seed powder, muscovado sugar, soy sauce, oat flour, coconut milk, salt.
Added to:
Already caramelized onion, garlic, small amount of water
Simmering these:
pre-soaked black beans
cashew nuts

Thrown in for extra goodness once sauce is done and mixed with pasta:
Diced tomato
Cos Lettuce
A dash of oil

Crackers with cottage cheese and a half a grape tomato on each cracker. Quite nice.

Went a bit overboard on the seeds/beans last night as I was trying out a new recipe. After I finished my meal, I was like "ugh...a bit too much". Woke early this morning not hungry at all - and not needing to go to the bathroom. That didn't happen for hours and a few glasses of water but I took advantage of the time and energy and just got a few things done.

Today I've had a few lemon waters, a chia/blueberry shake (2), and 3 salad sandwiches (lettuce, broccoli, onion, mushroom, oil) and I feel very very satisfied.

Ensure high protein drink. Too tired for anything else and I wanted the extra protein and vitamins to help heal my tongue.

Pancakes. I want bacon.

I'll pass on the bacon - but pancakes....mmm.

By tomorrow my sprouted wheat grain will be fully de-hydrated. I didn't sprout that much of it and most of what's in my dehydrator is chickpea sprouts. I thought to make bread - but I think I'm going to have a go at making pancakes with these two.

Bacon pancakes .... mmmm

No such thing. You'd have to invent "bacon flour" first for that - and to date, I don't think this has ever been tried.

I'm having tea at the moment: Bay leaf, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Dark muscovado sugar
