Jesus' words are forever, and he says repent or perish.
He isn't going to save people who don't first repent of their sins.

Luke 13:3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.

The Holy Spirit leads us to repentance. Those who do not repent of their sins are in danger for their souls but repentance is not the condition of salvation. Jesus' death on the cross that forgives us our sins is how our salvation was earned. As His children, with the help of the Holy Spirit and by His word we turn from sin and toward God by grace through faith. Salvation is by grace through faith and not by works.

Our obedience leads us to righteousness see Romans 6:16.

We are righteous because we obey the perfect law see Romans 2:13.

We do what is right; therefore, we are righteous see 1 John 3:12.

The righteous requirements of the law are fully met in me and all those saved, those who live according to the Spirit, See Romans 8:4.

Righteous acts see Revelation 19:8

We are to offer the parts of our body to Him as instruments of righteousness. Romans 6:13

We are under control of righteousness Romans 6:20

We are to live a righteous life James 1:20

Righteous for what we do James 2:21, 25

Living a righteous life is sanctification and not justification. How we live our life doesn't earn us salvation. Jesus did that on the cross.

When a person is saved, they are made the righteousness of Christ and are at that time sanctified and justified.

Then the saved are to live up to that.

We have to repent of those sins to have them forgiven.

I gave many scriptures proving it.

What happened at the cross? Was forgiveness of your sins not won there by Jesus?

The forgiveness you receive when you repent...was that not first won at the cross? So it isn't your repentance...it isn't your acceptance, it's the work of Jesus that saves. What He has done objectively is first. What He does to you subjectively comes next.

Jesus told us to have faith that he forgives sins and he told us to repent of them.

We have to actually confess and repent of our sins.

We have to have faith that Jesus' blood shed on the cross washes away the sins we repent of doing.

So what happened to all those commands Jesus gave before he died and shed his blood for the covenant?

Jesus says we have to repent of our sins.

He says he saves those who obey him.

Hi
Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Now justified leaves nothing left for us to do.....nor does this say if you do or don't do whatever....you become unjustified

We are complete in Christ

We get justified when Jesus saves us...after we repent of our sins and have faith.

Then we live up to that.

Philippians 3:16 Only let us live up to what we have already attained.

There is subjective and objective justification. Subjective justification is when God brings what happened objectively to us so that we believe. Subjective justification cannot exist unless there was objective justification...the fact that Jesus' died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins.

I just don't see that in the Bible.

This is what I see:

1 Corinthians 6:11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

I don't make "repentance" into a condition of salvation since the Savior is the one who saves.

IF, my Dear, you do NOT repent of your sins...
THEN you will continue to be a WORKER OF INIQUITY...
And we both know Christ's words to these:
"Depart from Me, ye workers of iniquity..."

If you no wanna repent of your iniquities...
Then you no wanna Christ!

It's up to you...

'Tain't up to Christ,
Who desires all to be saved,
and come to the knowledge of the Truth...

I believe you are misunderstanding what I have stated concerning repentance. I have said nothing against repentance so please try to read through again my posts concerning the topic.

What is the basis of Objective Justification?

Jesus has redeemed all people. John the Baptist declared, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] ) This statement, which we sing in the “Agnus Dei,” declares Jesus to be “objective justification personified.” 1 Paul also wrote to Timothy, that Jesus “gave himself as a ransom for all men” (1 Timothy 2:6 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] ).

Where is Objective Justification taught in the Bible?

2 Corinthians 5:19 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] : God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men’s sins against them. “The only possible antecedent of ‘their’ in that sentence is ‘the world,’ and the world certainly includes all men.”2

Romans 4:25 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] : He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. “To refer to the words: Who was raised again for our justification,” to the so-called subjective justification, which takes place by faith, not only weakens the force of the words, but also violates the context.”3

Romans 3:22-24 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] : There is no difference, for, all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. The key word here is “all.” All have sinned and all those sinners are justified- there is no difference. “All have sinned. The verb ‘justified’ has the same subject, ‘all.”4

Romans 5:18 [Open in Logos Bible Software (if available)] : Consequently, just as the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. “By raising [Christ] from the dead, [God] absolved Him from our sins which had been imputed to Him, and therefore He also absolved us in Him, that Christ’s resurrection might thus be the case and the proof and the completion of our justification.”5 “Because in Christ’s resurrection we are acquitted of our sins, so that they can no longer condemn us before the judgment of God.” 6

Jesus died for all means all can come to him to be saved.

Do you see the difference?

Do you see the difference?

Jesus died for the forgiveness of your sins. Do you deny that?
