My ex does that too if a catholic visits. First say the sinner's prayer. You can't possibly be a christian.
But I am a christian! Yeah well repeat the words anyway.
So I won't say: oooh but our church is really different!
LOL that reminds me. Once my brother took a friend to a meeting but he didnt want to go. It was some American WOF preacher. He said: they always talk about money and I don't want to be on the screen with my face! I assured him: noooo of course he won't do that and of course you won't be on the screen. Well okay, he went with us.
The entire preaching was about money and the first person you saw BAM full in the face on the screen was him.
Oops, sorry.

It's been two years (more or less) since I wrote the post you quoted. In those days it was alithis who was very convinced that Catholicism was very bad.

But I like your posts because they are sweet and often penetrating as well as funny. Some are messy too :p

Yes, I've been to Wrigley (to see the Cubs) and Comiskey Park (now named something else for the White Sox). I'm not a huge baseball fan and hate crowds but I do get out from time to time. I've also been to United Center to watch Michael Jordan play with the Bulls :)
