    This is the argument being used in the link to the other forum. And it should be rejected. The Word of God and the word of God need to be recognized as separate and distinct. Christ - the Word - was God made flesh. His word is truth, and those truths are contained in the word of God - the bible...

    My dad gave me a copy of a novel called "The last Jihad". I don't recall the author, but apparently he's Christian - so it's 'clean' reading. I may start on that soon. I had it to read on my way back from seeing them, but I didn't think it'd be too wise to open up that one on a plane :)
