I'm a little embarrassed to say, but I wound up hiring someone to fix the leak in my roof. 2 leaks, actually - one was a cracked tile and the other a moved tile.
Cost me $100 just for his labor - and it took him like 2 minutes. It was simply replacing a tile for the cracked tile - not something I've ever done, and although it seemed stupid simple in theory - I thought - " I really can't stuff this up " - not now - with so much rain we've had and going into Autumn/Winter. There's already a fair amount of damage to a section of ceiling in my place do to water getting in - and I have no idea what it's going to cost to get it all fixed. That's after I get rid of what I strongly suspect to be a carpenter bee infestation.
At least I can breath a little easier now, as one problem is fixed.
Other than that, playing lots of Bach, and Hanon. The exercises in Hanon were actually really needed. My fingers, wrists and forearms hurt after completing several sections - which tells me there are numerous muscles I haven't been using in my playing, muscles that needed to be strengthened by the exercises.
