Your winters sound nearly identical to mine. And I am greatly looking forward to late fall and winter getting here.

Same here...and our winters are drier than our summers. For the most part, winter is a series of crisp clear days, lower humidity and pleasant outside during the day with a handful of freezes at night.

Our summers are bone dry, low humidity, and hot but not horribly hot. Autumn and spring are absolutely lovely and winter is rather nice except for being cold at night. Summer is mostly good except for the very hot days and they are usually not too numerous.
