No it does not always happen, but God always wants to heal and if someone didn't get healed and died, it may have been their time. My father in law had cancer. We prayed. Hislungs were full of it. Docs had made a pic. We prayed. Another pic. It was all gone. They said to his wife your God has done a miracle. So you're saying that it always happens if you just keep praying? No exceptions? What about all those Christian preachers who died of cancer, like Nabeel Qureshi and Ravi Zachariah?
But later it came back in other places and we prayed again of course, but he also got chemo and he just wanted to go to heaven so then my ex prayed God would take him to heaven and that night he went. The nurse thought they pulled the plug. There were gypsies in one church I went to. They had big faith. Their grandma died and they didnt know if it was her time, so they just commanded her to come back and she said: Let me go. I was just walking with Jesus, so they did.
