Mine was sour when I first cut it but got a bit better tasting after being in the fridge for a few hours. My husband won't eat watermelon so it's all mine to try to finish! LOL

The green hot salsa was better than the mild so I ate some of that but the rest of my meal was not spicy.

We have a lot of farms with Mexican workers so we have Mexican grocery stores and restaurants.

This morning I made blueberry pancakes for breakfast (even though it's Mother's Day...at least my husband made the coffee!).

I just had a good size bowl of pinto bean soup with veggies. It was really good. Anyone want to guess what I will be doing tonight?
