My wife and I went to Ruby Tuesdays this afternoon and i had the chicken fresco and garden bar.

A barley cereal I made from whole barley (soaked and then cooked) and the Date/Tahini milk in an earlier post. I added some peaches to it as my peaches are now ripe and also a little cinnamon.

Sort of Asian Noodle Salad

It's sort of cuz I used Noodles bought from an Asian store, and toasted sesame oil, and the seaweed I forgot to add. Nothing else makes it specifically Asian, though

Asian wheat noodles, spinach, broccoli, tomato, Cos lettuce

Sauce: Sprouting Barley seeds, water, onion, garlic, rosemary, smoked paprika, chili, cayenne pepper, olive and sesame seed oils, salt, nutritional yeast flakes - well blended.

Dried Wakame Seaweed, an ingredient I forgot to add, but munched on a bit after.

Toast and coffee. Not very hungry today.

I only had 2 meals today. Not all that hungry as my body had plenty of fuel from the night prior.

Potato and soybean soup.

Soybeans were soaked overnight then boiled with the potatoes and other ingredients: Onion, garlic, salt, chili, basil, rosemary, black pepper.

Soybeans not sprouting and I've had considerable mucous since ingesting them. Determined beans no good anymore - too old.

Today's brunch was light. Half a serving of what I normally have in noodles, a little tofu, plus spinach, iceburg lettuce, tomato, purple cabbage and tomato.

Sauce: A homemade Italian style sauce thickened with pepitas. Taste was good and I'm quite satisfied.

I am enjoying a beautifully creamy homemade almond milk in which I mixed just a bit of cocoa powder and palm sugar.

No cancer promoting IGF-1
No cow blood
No cow pus
No somatic cell count
No caesin (strongest binder in wood glue...)



Oh, and no cow had to be artificially inseminated and have her child forcibly ripped away from her to either be killed (if a male) or forced into milk production and routinely raped for it (a female) and then killed later when she's done.

Tasty, nutritious, cruelty free.

*That's homemade tofu bacon, with great flavor and none of the actual bacon or animal products in general.
