Your favourite Fish?

I'm not too partial to fish myself, but I do like a good dore, tuna salad and salmon. What about you?

Fish along with all other animal flesh and secretions are off the menu for vegans so if I want a little of the taste of the sea, I add some seaweed to my dish. In fact that is what I did this morning for breakfast:

Basmatti rice +

Onion and garlic, sauteed in water
Seed mix: Flax,pepitas,chickpeas,dill, wheat, peppercorn, salt, pulverized and mixed with the water
Seaweed mixed with the water
A bit of lemon juice to top it off

Nutrient wise that covers everything I might find in a rice and fish meal plus some, including protein and essential fats and which was a pleasure to eat.

Salmon is very popular here with First Nations communities, and I enjoy it smoked and/or dried. I've also been to some F.N. gatherings where it'stypically on the menu - just delicious. I also recall many years ago out East having some delicious swordfish. Nothing else really seems to compare so I don't have seafood much aside from fried crustaceans or molluscs that have no nutritional value whatsoever

I really like salmon, grouper and mahi mahi.

I'm partial to a good tuna steak. I also like swordfish, shark, salmon, flounder, trout etc.

I'm not a big fan of fish, to be honest.

My son was never a big fan of fish, but once I got him to try a blackened grouper sandwich while on vacation in florida, he was hooked!
