Some bird and turtle eggs have more protection than humans in the womb!

https://savethestorks.com/2018/01/birds-legal-rights-unborn-children-america/

"It’s true. Under the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act of 1940, deliberately destroying – or even disturbing – a bald eagle’s egg is punishable by a maximum $5,000 fine and up to a year in prison."

"For example, in Florida, destroying sea turtle eggs could net you prison time and a fine of up to $100 per egg."

Even if the unborn child was a DOG, she would have protections... and the one harming the dog would be in big trouble, but the one torturing and killing a HUMAN seconds from natural birth is paid handsomely.

How can Democrats live with themselves ... how can they hold their own children.... How can they give one penny to the Humane Society and yet support abortion?

We have a local politician whose district has changed from mostly Republicans to mostly Democrat, so being a politician, he just changed his party. He stated one reason is "I've always been in favor of a woman's right to choose."

Funny.... no one ever finishes the sentence; they just leave that grammatically incorrect statement. Why won't they finish the statement? Ah... then they'd have to admit WHAT choice they are talking about (and they don't want to do that).

And funny.... the one impacted, the one being tortured and killed, that one has no choice whatsoever. Just as the "pro-choice" argument during slavery, the one being owned, the one being bought and sold, the one being separated from their family, the one impacted by all this... had no choice whatsoever.

You're right, Josiah. No one finishes the sentence of, "I wish for the right to choose...for my unborn child to die."

Being that murder is the unforgivable sin.
I find it obvious why the evil ones who have taken the mark of the beast conspire to murder the innocent.

It was in Y’hoyakim’s time that N’vukhadnetzar king of Bavel invaded. Y’hoyakim became his vassal for three years, but then he turned against him and rebelled. 2 Adonai sent against him raiding parties from the Kasdim, Aram, Mo’av and the people of ‘Amon; he sent them against Y’hudah to destroy it, in keeping with the word of Adonai which he had spoken through his servants the prophets. 3 Yes, it was at Adonai’s order that this happened to Y’hudah, in order to remove them from his sight because of the sins of M’nasheh and all he had done, 4 and also because of the innocent blood he had shed — for he had flooded Yerushalayim with innocent blood, and Adonai was unwilling to forgive.

First, I am pro life. My issue is with the statemtn that murder is the unforgiveable sin, it is not. All sin except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is forgiveable as stated in scripture.

As I mentioned in another thread, was is the real difference between a fetus and a premature baby? But of course, murdering a premature baby is first degree murder!

A mother killing the little person in her womb for her convenience is a "right" that proceeds to the killing of the elderly for convenience and will not stop there either...

Utopian killing is a core feature of all utopian governments...

Hitler sought not the exporting of Jews but their murder...

To make the world a better place for the new race...

And his regime was monstrously evil in its hatred of inconvenient life...

ALL utopian schemes become dystopian...

Idealism becomes cynicism...

"Caring" turns to murder...

We are born under the rulership of death...

Good AND evil are a feature of life...

And Life is the alternative to death...

So yes, pro Life...

Pro-death is nihilism...

Murder is nihilistic...

It is obvious that both the female egg and the male sperm have a form of life but no one would call either a person. When they unite to form a zygote it certainly is alive. There is a potential person there and a great many people would claim that it actually is a person. Let us grant for a moment that the zygote is a person and let us call that person Mary. I choose a female name since all embryos are female until about the sixth or seventh week.

Now, we all know that a zygote develops into an embryo through the process of cell division. Every now and again the first cell division does not produce a two celled embryo but rather a second zygote --- identical twins. Did Mary suddenly become two persons? Was Mary two persons to begin with? Was Mary even a person to begin with? Let us set those questions aside for the moment and grant that the second zygote is also a person whom we shall call Margaret. It is entirely possible that one or both of these zygotes could divide again to result in triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets etc. The same question applies as to whether one person can became two, three or more persons. When does a person become a person?

These questions might be difficult enough but now it becomes even more complex. Sometimes two eggs are fertilized to form non-identical twins. Once again, let us call them Mary and Margaret. Rarely the two zygotes merge together again to form a two celled embryo. This is called a chimera. Who is this new embryo? Is it Mary or is it Margaret? This new embryo, this chimera, let us call it Mary, develops to term and is born. There is now no question at all that Mary is indeed a person. But here is the odd thing, some of the organs of Mary carry her genes but other organs carry the genes of her twin sister Margaret. So Margaret continues to exist within Mary or perhaps it is Mary within Margaret. Do we have two persons within a single body?

These very serious questions of person-hood arise only if we assume that the soul is infused at conception and that the brand new zygote is fully a person. Is there a more reasonable understanding? I believe there is. Personally I believe that the developing fetus becomes a person only when it is able to survive outside the womb. Sentience occurs at about the same point in the pregnancy very late in the second trimester. For this reason I am against abortion beyond the twentieth week except in very rare extreme circumstances.. Otherwise I believe that abortion should be legal, it should be safe, it should be available and it should be the woman’s informed choice but most important of all --- it should be rare. In conclusion, we should always keep in mind that there are no more powerful abortifacients in the world than poverty and ignorance.

A 9 month old fetus is a human, it doesn't 'not' become a clump of cells just because the mother finished labor. It doesn't magically become a human after it is born into the world, these are personalities that can feel, can suck it's thumb, can yawn, and is very aware. Again, in late abortion the mother must give birth! But it's to a STILLBORN! There is no life threatening labor! You can pay $17,000.00 for a hit on full grown baby... hopefully Trump can convince congress to end this truly demonic and evil late abortion law.

I support the Alabama law. And I hope it puts life back on the "front burner" of discussion.

IF the Supreme Court takes up any of the pro-life laws of 26 states, and IF the Court overturns Roe vs. Wade, we'd go back to a lack of FEDERAL intervention; each state would govern itself (as the US Constitution actually requires; anything the Constitution does not expressly give to the Federal government belongs to the states). About half of the US states (most small except for Texas) will greatly restrict abortion... half will continue to have the most liberal abortion laws in the world, equaled only by North Korea and China.

Do you think that any mother, apart from the insane or those dedicated to wickedness, is anti-life?

There are those who support the killing of a pre-born baby.... some for any or no reason whatsoever... some right up to the moment when the last bit of the toe exists the birth canal... some even after that. Is that "pro-life?"

I invite you to read the 114 posts of this thread prior to yours just now

Some mothers are so blinded by their own selfishness and believe the lies that others have said concerning that life inside when they insist it's not a life at all.

Or husbands! People manipulate others by putting a guilt trip on them by saying that having the baby isn't in their best interest, it would hurt their family, etc... Again, those are not words from God who gives us children as a blessing.
