For breakfast this morning, I had a scrambled egg, a slice of toasted wheat bread and a banana. My beloved, the same. And about 10 cups of very strong, black, Starbuck's coffee (my wife just one very large mug).

The last thing I consumed was 2 Tbs of powdered Kale mixed with Tomato juice.
It was thick, and Kaleish. I think maybe next time it will be just one Tbs.

I'm going to drink this every day from now on. I don't mind fresh Kale, but it usually goes off before I finish it, and I'm not growing it atm - so it's a waste of money. It's a waste of money anyways with the prices my local grocer charges. So, either grow or powder form.
