Breakfast was oatmeal with jaggery (Indian sugar) and some plums from my tree. Also coffee.

Lunch was mashed potatoes ('milk' is seed mix with water) and some more plums

Dinner was a scrambled chickpea+barley mixture, flavored with Italian herb mix, salt and pepper.

I made blueberry pancakes for the family and my daughter's dog wanted blueberries since I give them to the guinea pig and she gets jealous.

Besides malted barley coffee (coffee + barley malt), I didn't have much to eat today, as I imbibed too much beer last night and as a result wasn't hungry.

What I did have when I got hungry was some vegan tacos: Homemade whole wheat wraps stuffed with Chinese cabbage, broccoli, mashed boiled potatoes, Tamari almonds and a little American mustard.

Breakfast was freshly ground coffee and freshly ground barley malt, in about equal proportions, with my seed milk and a little raw sugar.

Tacos for lunch: Whole wheat wraps from scratch, and a blended up, cooked mixture of sprouted lentils and chickpeas, potato, onion, salt, Italian spices, ginger and a little sage. Some tomato sauce and American mustard and some fresh lettuce from my garden. I had 4 and that was one too many. I'm stuffed.

So far just drinking decaf coffee and trying to determine if I'm hungry enough for breakfast. We went out for Mexican food yesterday and I still feel full. Maybe it's just bloat from all the salt.

I see Mexican and bloating and reckon it might be the beans if there was any sizeable offering. I bloated for several weeks when I first went vegan with a great increase in my fiber intake, after which period my body adjusted and I don't bloat now 3+ years on.

Salt never bloats me, and I eat too much of it.

I just finished off some homemade chips. These were special - I made them from sprouted wheat, which I made into flat bread. Flat bread tends to dry out quick unless handled in certain ways and I let one of the tortillas dry out. It was enjoyed with a little salt and vinegar as an evening snack.
