So far just drinking decaf coffee and trying to determine if I'm hungry enough for breakfast. We went out for Mexican food yesterday and I still feel full. Maybe it's just bloat from all the salt.
I see Mexican and bloating and reckon it might be the beans if there was any sizeable offering. I bloated for several weeks when I first went vegan with a great increase in my fiber intake, after which period my body adjusted and I don't bloat now 3+ years on.
