LOL That's not how it works.
A-ha! So it is works of some type, though. And I thought you were a "dyed-in-the-wool" Lutheran...

Please be patient with me, many of my threads are open and intended for good conversation but a few are slightly provocative and a little naughty of me to raise, but some controversy, if handled with maturity, can teach good lessons and even naughty posts can be turned to good - it is my prayer that even my bad posts will be used by God for good. I, of course, repent of the wickedness in them, it can be hard to see it before taking some time to consider the posts carefully and sometimes what I was thinking at the time is not exactly what the words say; I guess that is a fault in translating thought and emotion into written words. May God have mercy on my soul and may God grant grace and wisdom to all who read.

Hehe maybe I can get by with saying a few Hail Lammchens?

Would you expect to pay somebody for saying hail Lämmchen enough times?

There are 2 more days left for the CH Challenge and then I will stop the CH Challenge points from accumulating. After adding up all the points to determine a winning team I will announce it here and PM each winning team member requesting the name of a charity to nominate. The winning team members will have 1 week to reply or their nomination will be discarded if received after the time period.

Once I receive all the nominations I will then introduce the first vote by PM to the winning team whereby they choose a charity that they did not nominate from the list. Again, there will be a 1 week deadline to place the vote and anything received after will be disregarded.

The top 2 or 3 charities with the most votes will then go on to the final vote. Each winning team member will cast their vote. If there is a tie a tie breaker will have to be figured out. As usual there is a 1 week deadline to vote.

After we receive a charity that has the most votes I will make a public announcement. Then I will either use PayPal (which I prefer) or pay by check the $20 I promised to donate to that winning charity.

I'd like to thank everyone who has participated and I hope it has brought some community feel as you work together for a common goal...to help your fellow neighbor in need (a charity).

I'd like to make a suggestion that those who are able (and you don't have to post publicly whether you are or not) make the same $20 donation to the chosen charity
