Went for a nice walk with my wife. It was the usual loop, at her pace rather than my pace but still not hanging around. It was slightly chilly but nothing a good sweatshirt couldn't fix. Yesterday I did a longer loop and ended up too warm in my sweatshirt.

I left the heater on in the room I'm fixing up. I started to wonder whether the problem was cold air seeping in from around the windows or from the room above. Having pulled down the ceiling and having lifted the edge floorboard in the room above it could be either. The thermal camera can tell me what is cold but not why it's cold. So I got some fiberglass out of the attic and pressed it into the corners in the room above. Now if there's a draft in the room I'm working in I know it's not just seeping in from above.

At the moment I'm trying to work out how to change my signature...from a broken link to something, or from a broken link to nothing. It's been so long since I posted here I don't remember the trick and I've searched through the settings.

I never notice them on Tapatalk nor have I used that feature but I do know that the forum has gone through a major transformation and some options are no longer available. Perhaps @Lämmchen can help you out with this

That's probably because your signature is broken

Seriously, it sounds like a user profile issue. Maybe one of the mods or admins needs to get involved.

Happy weekend all! How are you? This morning, I've just had the most quiet, peaceful and pleasant walk, meditation, breathing exercises and yoga outside in the cold. The afternoon, just playing some games on my Switch before tucking myself in bed.

Nice lazy morning this morning, then went for a drive with my wife to check out a brewery we just found out about. It was pretty good, some really good flavors in the beers and reasonable food to go with it. Nothing fancy, but tasty and reasonably priced. It's over an hour's drive from home so not a place we'll ever visit very regularly, but a nice place to go once in a while. Maybe next time I'll take my camera and take some pictures along the nearby riverside.

Wishing the weather people could get the forecast right. I've been waiting for the temps they claim we'll have so I can go out walking but it's been way too cold.

Church this morning. It's good to be back at church in the regular sense rather than recording it in bits and pieces to post online.

This afternoon I went for a run. I didn't feel great, it felt like parts of me wanted to ramp up the pace and other parts wanted to just not bother. I changed my plan part way through and opted for a shorter route. I ended up not too badly off my personal best time but still felt like nothing had gone quite as it should. The main thing is I got a run in at all, which makes a nice change since it's been too cold and icy for that for a while now.

Super lazy day. It's hot here and the humidity is enough to be uncomfortable, but not overly so. Too hot to work outside, though. I spent a good part of the day re-exploring the land of Tamriel, picking up some archery and smithing ability, and having one of my servants refurnish my Manor.

After several hours of that, I decided enough was enough and re-entered the real world so now I'm making some corn/wheat wraps.

Howdy morning all! How are ye all doing today? Today, I’ve just had my usual 3 hours weekly therapy session both online and by phone. Tonight, I’m indeed really way too exhausted to do anything else but rest in bed before hitting the pillow.

Disturbed night last night for reasons unknown. Today I've got some brickwork to patch and if it warms up I'll get another walk or run in. Probably a walk, since I was running yesterday. If the forecast is right we're in for a week of quite cold nights but mostly mild days - milder than I'd expect for this time of year - so it should be a good week for working and exercising.
