Lazy morning so far this morning. My wife and I really like the TV series Cobra Kai and season 3 appeared on Netflix last night. We had nothing much planned for the evening and ended up binge-watching the entire series. I don't think I've ever watched an entire series, end-to-end, like that before.
Today I plan to write some code. I've been meaning to do it for a few days now but been busy hunting and sealing drafts. Now I've got to a convenient pausing point in the draft hunting I can do some other stuff. There's more to do where hunting drafts is concerned - I can see an area that has more drafts - but getting at them is tricky as there's a load of stuff I'd need to cover, move, or otherwise protect before I start pulling down more ceilings. Without pulling down some of the ceiling I won't know whether any of the affected ceiling is above a built-in cupboard. If it is that makes things far more complex, as I'd need to empty the cupboard (which is full of things moved from other work spaces).
The next rooms scheduled to be rebuilt include the room directly above where I've been hunting drafts and the adjacent room. Once those are done I can move some stuff out of the cupboards and into those rooms. It will be good to have some more finished space, so I can gain a little more movement with things that need to be moved out of harm's way. I'm also really keen to gut and fix up the guest bedroom as I know there are a few issues with the wall there, but need at least one room finished (and ideally two rooms) to move everything out so I can gut it.
