Working on a Family Recipe cookbook using Google Slides. I'm taking pictures of my mom's handwritten recipe cards and putting them in there. I only have a few of my mother-in-law's so those are going in too.
I'd suggest keeping your own offline copy as well. Keeping the only copy in a system owned by someone else seems like an ideal way to find you have to pay whatever they ask, if they suddenly change the rules of their online storage.
If it's online is it something worth making public? If you have enough recipes you could even make it into a printed book and sell it. Our church printed a recipe book, with recipes provided by members, and sold copies to help raise some funds a few years ago. We have a copy and of the recipes we've tried in it every single one has been delicious.
