started jogging again today after two months off due to a hip injury

Good afternoon all, having an iced mocha and a hot cappuccino. Lunching on leftovers with orange juice. Binging “Meteor Garden 2018” till dinner and to bed tonight.

Got my walk in. Today my legs felt like they were unstoppable, although there were a couple of patches where my lungs struggled to keep up and I had to take a breather. I don't time myself around the loop with any great accuracy, not least because sometimes I want to stop and enjoy the views and the peacefulness, but today I was in full-on marching mode. A little over 8 miles, 2000 feet of climbing, and still feeling on fire.

Good morning all, had about 12 hours sleep last night, breakfasting on my usual and my morning coffee.

Good night all, been doing some audio therapy and just chilling on my favourite jewelry site till dinner and to sleep tonight.

Took the chances to take a load of stuff to the landfill. 560 pounds of it all in. I had to leave a couple of bags behind because they wouldn't fit in the back of the car without reshuffling everything already there, which I didn't feel like doing. Just finished giving the lawn what should be the last cut of the year, winterised the mower and got that put away. Now debating what to do with the rest of the day. I still need to do battle with the slates in the confined space but really struggle with motivation to get on with it. I hate working in such awkward and confined spaces.

Good afternoon all, having a salted Danish for lunch today. Seeing my psychiatrist this afternoon.

Had planned a walk in the woods but my wife's plans fell through at the last minute so might end up doing something else instead. Not sure what yet, maybe she'll come for a walk with me

Wishing the neighbors weren't burning leaves outside because there are things I wanted to take care of but now can't breathe out there.

Good night all, am exhausted after my 2 hours psychiatrist appointment, doing audio therapy and music therapy till dinner and sleeping tonight.

It's Reformation Sunday and I'll be chanting the Introit and Gradual today at church.

Helping with a children's Sunday school class with my wife for the first time today. I don't know if this will become a long term thing or not, but I guess there's one way to find out. My criminal record check came back earlier this week. My wife has been working with this class for a while.

Good afternoon all, had a souvlaki chicken brochette, a balsamic salad and fries with a pumpkin cream iced coffee for lunch at Kojax. Doing my Xmas shopping till dinner and heading to bed tonight.
