Another students home, we had a neighbour who beat up his wife, so his wife left and then he beat up the dog. It was horrible to hear and nothing you could do about it. It was an utter jerk and I hated him, but only because I felt sorry for the dog I prayed for that man to get saved. I left that students home and another guy got my room. I came back a year later to visit, cause they had a party. That guy who got my room told me he lead the neighbour to the Lord. Awesome.

That IS awesome.
Im thinking it might be nice to have a thread here where we could pray for certain ppl to get saved.
If the Lord lays someone on your heart, you could go to the thread, post a name or even just something in general about a person you know, or see sometimes, or a family member, and others could come in and be praying for them from time to time.
Or even ppl here, lift up each others concerns if someone is struggling with assurance of salvation, doubt or discouragement of some sort, or maybe theyre not saved but want to be but want to avoid the admission of it to their own church family/friends, we could help them here in a prayer thread, no judgement or condemnation, just support in brother/sister love in Christ to help the person be saved or maybe renewed in The Faith and we could rejoice together. Maybe present the gospel of the love and grace of God, give others a chance to read and receive.
Also if anyone ever wants to talk about something in a more personal way they could request a PM there and others could just pray in general for that person for salvation or needs met.
Just a suggestion. The body of Christ lifting each other up and praying for others to come in and be saved. Yes no?

I have no real plans except grocery shopping and getting some lab tests if I can wake up in time during office hours. My wake/sleep hours are really off kilter.

How was the VA Bill?

I finally slept for 15 hours! And without any meds! It's snowing here and the wind chill is 1 degree F. I'm all settled in my jammies. Still haven'g gone out to do the g.shopping. Need food but have some left yet-been eating pierogis. I love them!

I'm staying warm. The furnace air is drying out my eyes and nose. Using saline in my nose but what do you do for the eyes. I don't like eye drops. The wind chill here is 1. I'm watching HGTV right now.

As Bill says a humidifier is what you need, especially at night time! I just bought a new one on Amazon and I can even regulate the flow of mist that comes out which is nice compared to my old one that was 25 years old! LOL
