My niece and nephew bought me a diffuser for essential oils for my birthday and it really lets out a lot of humidity so I highly recommend something like that...even if you don't put in the oils!

I put some vaseline up my nostrils and that has helped the uncomfortableness but thanks. I can't afford to buy anything else right now. I made out my budget today and all I have money left for is food this month and not even enough...

I was for about six months then got a cortizone shot which is temporary but it worked and once it starts acting up again I will have to get a hip replacement, hoping to make it past the holidays
