It's hot and humid here too but last night it cooled down enough that the air conditioning wouldn't turn on so we opened the windows. The foxes outside were screaming and the bull frogs were doing their noisy thing so I didn't get much sleep.

No, I'm not roaring with energy but wish I was. I couldn't sleep last night so I didn't fall asleep till after 4 am. It was a restless night.

I have insomnia from a head injury I got years ago. The Neurologist told me many people can't sleep after having a concussion. I take something to sleep but sometimes it doesn't work. Last night the sleeping med did not work.
