I always feel like I need coffee especially when I am normally up around 5 too be too work at 6.

Oooh I just read that the newest information for coffee drinkers is to wait an hour after waking up before consuming coffee to reap the benefits of the caffeine. If it's consumed too early it won't be effective and might make you sleepier.

I left the AC on all night. It still is too warm in my bedroom. Slept half of the night on the couch. My sleeping med makes me sleep too much again.
