I respect all Presidents, I had no problem with Obama although I didn't agree with his views I never spoke evil of him.
That's the difference between the parties, Republicans just don't stoop to the level of Democrats.
Law is law and lawlessness is lawlessness, Trump says he wants immigrants to come in and fill these new jobs that he helped bring in and since the economy is doing great he welcomes them in based on merit -they have to come in through the legal process.
Like I said, Obama felt the same way, Hillary and Obama spoke exactly like Trump on that matter, they get applaud while the man who actually acts gets slammed left and right by the media and their followers.
From the looks of it, some of your folks revise the past to fit your purpose and keep a straight face while doing so.

Listen to you. Who are you kidding?

It looks like #racism and #bigotry won out the day in the midterm. It appears that many in the country still respond positively to hate speech.

Now some will have you believe that the "Christian" right came out in big numbers. However, while a lot of people on the right came out to protect what is deep within their heart, there is nothing #Christian about racism and bigotry.

Christ is about love, mercy, compassion, fairness and justice. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise.

Keep up the fight guys. Reproduce like there is no tomorrow. Make lots of babies. Be fruitful and multiply. You can't be a minority if there is a lot of you (us). Fill the USA with a lot of brown, black, asian, interacial babies. God wants us to be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it. Pastors, preachers, ministers, phophets, you will do well to create a culture where babies are a blessing and not a burden.

I can only speak for me.... I watched the coverage of the election for about 6 hours last night, on CNN. I heard the liberal press go on and on and on and on.... endlessly... about the race of candidates, how various races were voting.... about the gender of candidates and how and why one gender votes as we were told they were... about ethnicity and language.... on and on and on. MUCH of what they said was focused on the color of one's skin, the ethnicity of their ancesters, their gender... even the race, color and ethnicity of those who campaigned for various candidates. Race.... color.... gender..... racism, sexism.

Sorry, but I at least did not hear ONE REPUBLICAN last night during those 6 hours so much as notice or even mention in passing ANYONE'S race or color or gender or ethnicity. Not one. I heard just a bit of Trumps speech this morning (I had to leave for work) but in that, I never once heard him mention ANYONE's skin color or gender or ethnicity or language. But I heard the commentator do so.

Now, maybe I missed it. I did have to go to the bathroom and get a drink, etc. So if you know of some Republican who even MENTIONED skin color or gender or native language or ethnicity last night - so be it. I never did. In MY experience, the ever-present OBSESSION over the color of one's skin and the gender of a person seems to be a Democrat/Liberal thing. It sure was last night as I watched CNN. Stunning in fact. Obsessive is the only way to define what the press did and what some of the Democrat candidates and bundits did. I don't think it works anymore but it's a huge "card" they play constantly.

One report I read said that Republicans had nothing to say to people of color. At the same time I thought we were supposed to treat everyone the same regardless of their color. What exactly should politicians be saying to any one race that they aren't saying to all other races at the same time?

That because the Republicans are the party of equality, justice, ethics, fairness, honesty and all those things. That is why minorities are becoming Republicans by the thousands. That is why every white person who loves justice, equality, fairness, honesty, etc. is staying in the Republican party.

Sure...

ly you jest. And don't call me Shirley...
one of my favorite punchlines by him was
"Who are you and how did you get in?"
"I'm a locksmith... and I'm a locksmith"
lol
Anyway back on topic.
I agree with Josiah, liberals and Democrats tend to focus on making sure that people stay feeling oppressed, I find this attitude and works very sinister and vile... as for when a President becomes a President I don't go out rioting as if it's the end of the world, I may vent a little with family and friends but I don't bare false witness and twist things out of context, I like my facts to be straight even if it supports my candidate.. I have a few friends online who report fake news on democrats as well, I check the facts and point out their error and falsehood, they get sore with me but oh well I hate lies.
I didn't care much for Bush when he was in office, seemed like a oil hungry weasel so one cannot conclude that I am bias, I just see what's happening today and I don't agree with it.

The DREAM of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King was that we would be a colorless society, where people would notice and care about a person's character NOT the color of their skin. So.... at least in part.... it should not matter AT ALL, NOT A BIT what race someone is, what gender someone is, what ethnicity someone is... what should matter is their character, morality, integrity (including if they are law abiding). So, I will ask.... since the liberals at CNN last night.... for six solid hours.... when on and on and on and on, all night long, about skin color.... gender.... ethnicity...... were they colorless, genderless....or racist, sexist? Well, in any case, I at least, heard NOT ONE Republican spokesperson (several were interviewed last night), not ONE Republican candidate say ONE WORD about skin or gender or ethnicity.... the closest was one who said that Republicans need to do a better job reaching out to the Suburbs but I didn't take that as a comment about race or color or ethnicity or gender. He didn''t even say "suburban women" he just said "those in the Suburbs." And what I heard from Trump this morning (and that wasn't his whole speech), not one word - not so much as a mention in passing - of skin color or gender or ethnicity. But the commentator did.

I know, those liberals, just making things up. When will they stop making people feel oppressed. As if oppression existed in this stage of age.

My goodness, look at how open the hearts of your folks are to the plight if other people. Seriouly blacks and latinos, stop complaining, forget about racism.

Just get on the train and we can take you to the promise land, give you a shovel, give you a job and at the end of the day give you the crums you deserve. Stop complaining.

Do you believe people are oppressed based on their skin color and history? Maybe you could research the history of the Democratic party, they seem to thrive off keeping people oppressed. What did Lincoln (R) do for the slaves and who killed him?

Very true. It is inherent in their approach that lately has been called by the term identify politics but used to be known as class warfare.

I didn't care much for Bush when he was in office, seemed like a oil hungry weasel so one cannot conclude that I am bias, I just see what's happening today and I don't agree with it.
Actually, I have never understood the reasoning behind that one, presuming that it is seriously believed and not just another handy putdown that hopefully might inflame the low information voter. He didn't take any oil, did he?

Look at you quoting Martin Luther King and all. Wow. So pro equality and all.

Now, let me guess, it was a DREAM because MLK did no see discrimination taking place and because people of color were being treated equally right?

Oh here we go. The we are the party of Lincoln switcharoo.

Lincoln was a Republiclan, he abolish slavery, so we the racist and bigots that make up todays Republican party can claim ownership of freeing the slaves while chanting "Jews will not replace us" while walking down the street. Because we are not bigots. We are not racist. These blacks and latinos don't get it. The need to go back to where they came from.

My president? In what country do you live?

Of course the president did no such thing as you have alleged--the president who has a Jewish daughter, Jewish son in law (and top advisor and emissary), Jewish grandchild, the president who appointed a Jewish economist to be Secretary of the Treasury, and is the strongest supporter of Israel that we have had in ages.

You mean that alleged anti-Semite?
