It was super humid this morning and about to rain, so I just did some loops around my street. I stopped when some neighbors had their landscapers come to trim their bushes because I didn't want my allergies to get bad.

I went for a walk yesterday morning. My wife and I were watching our grandchildren for the afternoon and into the evening, so I wanted to get some exercise in before we picked them up.

Wrangling the girls is sometimes exercise in itself, although the weather wasn't great so running around having a big water fight wasn't much of an option.

Possibly, as long as it doesn't mean wading through 46 pages of terms and conditions.

Today was sunny and not too hot so I went for a run. Not breaking any speed records, today was about keeping a reasonable pace and getting the miles in. Along the way I passed a house where a guy was cutting up a fallen tree, so arranged to go back and get some of the wood. This afternoon I turned two bowls out of the wood, one of which is earmarked for the tree owner.

The wood turned out to be beautiful. From the outside it doesn't look like anything special but the grain pattern is amazing
