Good morning. That sounds painful :( I hope that you find some relief and don't have to wait for the PT.
Sitting up is what kills me. I tend to lean over a bit and that makes it worse. Trying to sit up straight, putting heating pad on my back. Going to put ice on it, too. Pinched nerves are no fun!:banghead:

Pray you find relief Ruth. It is cold here and I dont think I will ever be warm again.
Yes, it's going to warm up Bill. You will feel better with that. We all will. I just did laundry in the basement. It's cold down there. I put my big sweater on to go down there. I have another load to do yet.

I had a friend who had a pinched nerve in her neck last week. It took a couple days of rest for her to heal. I hope you get rest and that it soon passes.

I have a Fijitsu heat pump and they are worthless when it gets this cold, my bedroom this morning was 45 it is now a whopping 51 but it is slowly going to warm up and be in the 40's by Sunday

I've had mine on and off for a year. I need to get my muscles toned in my back and arms and neck. PT will do that.

What kind of furnace/heat do you have? That's really cold inside! I have a space heater I set to 75 and I have the heat on 75 and it gets hotter in here. My bathroom and bedroom aren't as warm. Been sleeping on the couch.

Just because she was healed in a few days does not mean everyone does. One case does not apply to all. It's not as simple as you make it sound. Sounds like her case was rather minor. Mine stems from a head on car accident I was in and I have an out of line neck and disc problems. I don't even know if it is just a pinched nerve as I have to be evaluated by the Physical Therapist yet. My pain goes down my back and down my arm, too.

It is a Fijitsu wall mounted unit, it is electric but a lot less to run than other forms of electric heat or I wouldnt be here. I cant hardly afford my electric bill now and know what space heaters do to it so I just put up with it.

It has been drafty in my apt. today so I turned the heat back up after turning is down some. My gas bill is going to be high this month. I get HEAP but haven't even heard from them yet. I usually get an approval letter some time around now so I'm waiting for it. When I get it I am going to call the gas. co and ask if they can wait for HEAP's payments. Can't hardly afford the gas.

I wasn't trying to minimize your affliction. I was trying to be encouraging. Good morning.
