I hear you. I hope to get enough heat tomorrow. I wonder if they can run out of gas for heat? Our temperatures are similar here. You're not far from me. My Dad was born in PA, Yatesboro. Been to PA once. I think a place called Storybook Forest.

I am not close to those but yes we really are not that far away probably 4 or 5 hours driving time. Stay warm Ruth it is definitely cold

Good morning. It is 0 F here this morning and the windchill is much lower. I slept well. Still want to sleep more, too. It's a good day to sleep!

It's nice and warm in my apt. I haven't been outside since Monday night. Not going out till Thursday probably.

Good morning. Awful nerve pain this morning. Took the gabapentin and waiting for it to work. Googled nerve pain and it says to alternate heat and cold pack treatments. I'll be getting PT in 6 days. It's a pinched nerve in my neck I believe. Meditation, massage, are also good for it. It would be nice to get massage with the PT.

I have not actually done a polar plunge. I have tipped a canoe on a river in late April. That will take your breath away.

Ohio is much the same. Went down to -5 below zero last night and will be 50 on Sunday and in the 50s on Mon with some rain.
