Frankly, I don't see any reason to deny that he may do this after we've agreed that he does choose whom he wants to choose in all sorts of other situations.

This isn't to say that I'm a believer in Double Predestination, but I cannot rule it out simply on a kindhearted rationalization and one that is quite choosy or inconsistent to boot! Whatever the Bible teaches should, as always, be the determiner.
The Bible doesnt teach it. Sheep and goats get seperated, you did not give Me a drink, you did not visit Me in prison, you did not clothe Me. God is righteous. That would be insane to expect from a baby that cant even hold a bottle to give Him a drink. For such is the Kingdom. Any kid that dies in the whomb goes to heaven.
Jesus said it would have been better for Jude to not have been born.

OK. Universalists would see this as proving Universal Salvation, but I would agree that it would be easier to apply it to Universal Atonement.
I just saw some universalists on a forum who see double predestination as why universalism is true. I said although I disagree w you completely, at least you're consequent. Guy said that God wanted the devil and those ppl to do all that, it was His will, well so, they deserve a feather on their hat for their terrific job.
I said: It's heart warming, the way you describe it. That sweet devil, offering himself up to do the dirty work.
