Warning. Some really idle thoughts follow.
1. I almost never see a tattoo on someone's arm or neck or ankle that I can identify. They seem always to be intricate and indistinct patterns that send no recognizable message.
2. But if the idea is that the owner of the tattoo wants to memorialize something or have it be continually present for
his own benefit...why is permanently painting it in one's skin be superior to carrying a picture in your wallet, getting something like a vanity license plate, or having a display of some sort in the home, etc.?
